The Reverend Doctor Larry E. Campbell is the former Senior Pastor of Saint Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church in San Bernardino, CA. Before assuming the pastorate of Saint Paul, he served for over six years as the founding Pastor of Grace of Temecula Valley A.M.E. Church in Temecula, CA. Reverend Campbell is a native of Jacksonboro, South Carolina

Pastor Campbell enjoys a blessed marriage to Melinda G. Campbell, a talented woman in her own right; they have been married for over 26 years. They are especially proud of their beloved son, Terrence Lamar Campbell, a 2011 graduate of Morehouse College and now serves as an editor at Hallmark Cards in Kansas City, MO.
Pastor Campbell is a retired Chief Warrant Officer-5 from the United States Marine Corps after serving over 29 years of dedicated military service.
Pastor Campbell is a Prince Hall Affiliated Mason and proud “Past Master of Gibraltar” Lodge #58 located in San Diego, CA

Pastor Campbell is committed to making a difference in the community and proudly serves as Chief Executive Officer of New Focus Community Development Outreach Corporation (a Non-profit 501(c) 3, First Vice-Chairman of the Inland Empire Concerned African-American Churches (I.E.C.A.A.C.) and President of the Inland Empire African Methodist Episcopal Churches Ministerial Alliance (I.E.A.M.E.M.A.). He is also a proud recipient of the San Bernardino 2010 Black Rose Community Award.

Throughout the years, Reverend Campbell has enjoyed a very fruitful Pastoral and Military career of being able to help others. He has served at various military bases and stations throughout the United States and abroad. He has been the proud recipient of numerous accelerated promotions, distinguished military awards and personal recognitions throughout his illustrious Pastoral and Military career.
Pastor Campbell strongly believes that TEACHING plus PREACHING equals HEALING. He is committed to saving souls, spreading the good news of the gospel through the preached word and administering to the spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional andenvironmental needs of God’s people.
